The Dragons TT Club, Bhaktapur, Nepal

This page says plainly what happens to the information you give us. If anything here is unclear, ask — we would rather explain than have you guess.

Booking a table or a session

When you send a booking request, we store your name, your phone number, and the date and slot you asked for. We need them to answer you and to know who is coming. A copy is emailed to the club so the request is not missed.

Your request is kept for about 12 months, then deleted automatically. Your IP address is briefly recorded to stop the form being abused, and is erased after one hour.

Keeping in touch

If you leave an email address or phone number to hear about open sessions and tournaments, we use it for that and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone. Ask us and we remove you — no explanation needed.

The mini game

When you play Dragons Rally, the game sends us anonymous statistics at the end of each match: the level, the score, how long it lasted, whether you played with a finger, a mouse or the keyboard, and for each of your shots a few numbers (where the ball met your paddle, how fast you swept it, the spin, and what happened next). We use them only to make the game fairer and more fun. They contain nothing that identifies you — no name, no cookie, no tracking from one match to the next — and are deleted after 6 months. Your IP address is only used to stop the game being flooded with fake matches; it is not kept with the statistics, and is erased within 30 days.

Visits to this site

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why you are not being asked to accept anything. If visitor statistics are switched on, they come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts pages without cookies and without identifying anyone.

Two things do reach other companies when you use the page: the map in the Contact section is loaded from Google Maps (only once you scroll down to it), and the booking button opens WhatsApp, which belongs to Meta. Each of them sees your connection under their own terms, and Google may set its own cookies inside the map.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your information

Write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in.
